Photo Of Omega Centauri’s Stars Surrounding A Black Hole

Omega Centauri is one fascinating star cluster, that orbits our galaxy and with the help of Spitzer Space Telescope we are able to see in more details the stars that form it. We are even able to see which stars are old and which are young. By looking in the photo you can view the older ones ( red ) and the younger ( blue ). Also this photo shows that the stars cycle a black hole, located at Omega Centauri’s core.
